Review of Springfield XD Pistol , XD 9102SP06, Matte, 40 S&W, 10 Rd, 4" Barrel, Semi-Automatic, Double Action, Compact, Fixed Sights, Accessory Package

I have this model with the high capacity magazines. This is the first firearm I have ever owned and I love it. I used this for my concealed carry course where I fired about 80 rounds through it. The only problem I had with it was when I put in the magazine a released the slide using the slide release. The round jammed and the slide didn't close. This happened twice in a row, so instead of using the slide release I pulled back on the slide and let her go and had no problem doing it that way. I am not a big person and this gun seems to be a bit too bulky for me to conceal, but I would not give it up ever.
