I JUST BOUGHT THE GLOCK 30 BECAUSE OF ALL THE POSITIVE TALK ABOUT GLOCKS, AND THE FACT IM GOING TO USE IT IN MY CHL TEST COMING UP. JUST LIKE I READ ONE FELLOW SAY RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX HOW ACCURATE IT WAS. Well I took my glock out of the box and put 50 rounds thru it on a CHL target, and scored 245 out of a perfect score of 250 !! Gives me great confidence in the fact I should pass the shooting part of the test anyway. WISHED I HAD TRYED GLOCKS A LONG TIME AGO......HAD A HARD TIME PICKING ONE OUT THOUGH. I THINK IN A FEW MONTHS I WILL COLLECT 2 OR 3 MORE IN THE FUTURE. p.s. - THEY CLEAN UP VERY EASY, TESTED IT ON RAPID FIRE-ANOTHER 100 ROUNNDS AND NOT ONE HANG-UP! I HAVE A GREAT FEELING EVERYONE WAS TELLING THE 100 TRUTH HERE & OTHER SITES.THE MAGAZINES ARE SOLID AS THE GUN IT SELF. BOUGHT 2 EXTRA 10 RD CLIPS WITH THE GLOCK 30 WHEN I PURCHESED IT. I jut got my 30 and have only had a chance to put 200 rounds through it, but it was right on the mark right from the box. I added the Pearce grip extensions on the clips and found it was a big improvement (I have large hands). I look forward to putting a few more hundred rounds through it next week and get it broken in. Plan on using the 30 as a CCW. Love this gun!

I bought the Glock 30 and my buddy got the Glock 23. The 30 had the same if not less recoil than the 23. My wife felt the same way. Three different shooters two comparisons, and the Glock 30 is a great gun. Ammunition is always hard to find but you can trust it. Had one jam, one behind the other. Outdoor and indoor range and approximately 300 rounds since 4/09, no cleaning. Works well, but wouldn''t advise it if you carry on duty or for self defense. Noticed some pinky blisters but nothing like some calluses.
